Permission is required
Every recipient must have opted in to hear from you, recently and specifically. Purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists are not allowed.
Every email must include
Your real sender name and a reply-to address you monitor, a working unsubscribe link, and a physical postal address where the law requires it.
Honour unsubscribes
Zajel removes unsubscribes automatically. Never re-import contacts who have unsubscribed, bounced or complained.
Thresholds we monitor
We review accounts whose bounce rate exceeds 5% or complaint rate exceeds 0.1% of a campaign, and may pause sending while we work with you to fix it.
Content that is not allowed
Phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, illegal products, and content that is hateful or sexually explicit.
